Expertise

I am a experienced all-rounder in R&D, having designed and developed a multitude of products in the fields of electronics, software (desktop and web), firmware, and robotics. Next to hands-on development expertise, I have acted as a project leader in numerous projects and have been a floor and general manger, teacher and have handled and pitched a fair amount of sales and development contracts.

I like informal, low status work environments where people feel at ease to communicate freely. Such environments enable people to develop their skills without unnecessary thresholds or static work dogma's. I love expanding my knowledge and skills and I believe that smooth and thoughtful human interaction - be it between colleagues or with customers – is the most important ingredient for customer and workplace satisfaction.
